2013 goals

 🙂 hello everybody have nice day , I think many of you achieve some of  goals in 2013 congrats for you all

Want to share what I achieved too and what I faced by the way I will be little talkative in this post I would share my moments

First let me show you my goals in 2013 which I wrote it in the versatile blogger award !!

 1-read 50 books or more

2- design at least 30 unique and nice  patterns of jewelry

3- I have wrote a story so I wanna publish it online

4-improve my level in English and français

5-mange my time well

6-I would learn photography

7- save a part of my money to buying new laptop

For the first goal  achieved J actually it was nice journey to a wide world of  different cultures ,Let me say that at first time I feel reading by the way in the past wasn’t  read much I was just read what I want also if my mood allow hahah and if I found the book hard to me quit reading ,, but now whether my mood is good or bad I read when I feel happy find it enjoying when I’m sad it makes me feel better . I regret don’t reading well before but I understand this statement ” read what you like then you will read everything ”  yes that’s true now I can read everything  even if was boring by the way I have read that ” there is no boring book” hmm I don’t agree with it totally ,but I can say “you will find good thing always even if  was boring book ” I touched that myself through reading some boring book , at least I found some good sentences . I can’t describe the benefits I  got , really I got a lot also I found great topics to discuss  with my family and times I tell them the stories I read really nice thing .reading is a big sea you will find lots of precious stuff if you get  deeply , hmm for me I was swimming on the surface but now I tried to dive deeply 🙂

For the 2 goal I didn’t achieve it exactly I designed 21 patterns hmm also not all of them I like it 😀  anyway I  tried but what I feel sad for is that I feel I didn’t  go many steps , could you imagine I just design jewelries without making one real I have about 100 designs , the good thing I do is I contacted with a jewelry designer and shown her some of mine she gave me her opinion  said it’s nice but you need some basics in drawing  , I’m ready to take any courses but in my area no courses no colleges for this major ..Hmm really makes me disappointment , I thought to make my designs myself  but I discovered it need lot of money if I used gold or other gems ,must be a company or so , overall I hope to find good luck in this business

For the 3 goal , not achieved the problem I faced in editing my story ..but I found a website and soon I will contact them to edit it for me 🙂

For the 4 goal , so so hahaha it was not determined well I must determine the level I want to reach it should be  measurable , anyway I test my English level the result was good not expected lol specially I was not good in grammar that was my problem , still for me just one level to be advanced . I tried to read English book do you know what happen ….I put dictionary besides me lol and felt sad first lot of vocabulary I don’t know it , I think it doesn’t matter I add it as new vocabulary to my English

French I didn’t make a test for French cuz I think I will get no result 😀 😀 for one reason I don’t reached at least the elementary level , I have no teacher I just learn from different sources , I blame myself I must be obliged by what I determined , you know the mood right?? so it beats me here , time it said lets have fun and times said there is lot of time , that what happened but it doesn’t mean i didn’t take any lessons I took some lessons but I still in beginner level I know some words too , let me write some words here 😉

for the 5 goal  I made a table  to but I failed , the  Episodic events was The problem which I think I take the table  more seriously  that should do everything in its time , what I learnt is that the thing don’t do it today for any reason do it tomorrow  ,I guess  the last month I succeed in control my time not completely but I do many good things

for the 6 goal .learning photography was the most interesting thing this year I loved it. The camera is the third eye for photographers , by camera you freeze the moment Picture closely ,picture flying things, photography allow you to meet new beautiful things always!!  times I faced funny events by holding the camera ..one day I was on the beach at night and I was taking pictures by flash a boy came and said : hey you pictured  the women!! I just close my camera .  But I wasn’t put the camera toward them I don’t know some people afraid of  camera holder they afraid to picture them , anyway I don’t picture people if I don’t take their permission .. and I want to give my thank to some blogs here I learn from you a lot thank you 🙂 here are some pictures

7- not achieved called me wasted girl I save some money but I used it for another thing so now I can ask my dad for help lol 😀

That’s what was in 2013 and I think I achieved 50% of the goals hmm not very happy with the result anyway  will celebrate my achievements 😀  I will do my effort in 2014 ………..hope you didn’t feel boring 😀

I found this healthy tip between my mom stuff 😀 I guess it’s useful hmm and maybe makes us happy

i used to go sleep when i’m not happy but perhaps i’m gonna to try one of the list 😉
1) Milk, preferably skim milk. Milk products are rich in tryptophan, an aminoacid our brain needs in order to make serotonin. Serotonin is a natural chemical that makes us happy and calm. Anti-depressants work in a similar way by conserving the brain’s serotonin. Milk also contains antioxidants, vitamin D, and vitamin B12 that help fight stress and aging. Have some skim milk every day. It’ll make you happier and the calcium content is good for your bones, too.

2) Chocolate. Who needs an excuse to eat chocolate? Not me. Chocolate contains anadamine, a brain chemical that helps brighten our mood. Scientists believe that other chemicals in chocolate cause anadamide to stay longer in the brain, thus enhancing its positive effect. The sugar in chocolate also boosts our levels of endorphins, another hormone that makes us happy. Don’t eat too much, though.

3) Rice, bread, noodles or pasta. Here’s our favorite comfort food – carbohydrates. Don’t believe all those low-carb diets; they can actually make you crabby and gloomy. Eating carbohydrates can increase our serotonin levels, which has a calming effect. But to prevent sudden jumps in your blood sugar, choose healthier carbohydrates like brown rice, wheat bread, and vegetables. These good carbos are digested more slowly and make you fuller and possibly happier for a longer time.

4) Oily fish like salmon, mackerel, sardines. Oily fishes are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, which can lift our mood. A study in Finland shows that people who eat more fish are less likely to be depressed. High doses of omega-3 may even be used to treat clinical depression. Most fish are also packed with vitamin B6 and B12, which are involved in the production of serotonin. As an alternative, you can try omega-3 supplements. Foods rich in omega-3 will not only make you happier, they’re good for the heart and brain, too.

5) Bananas. Bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin. And we know that serotonin is a hormone that makes us cheerful. Bananas contain carbohydrates as well to boost our energy. Its high potassium content also prevents cramps and it’s good for exercising individuals. Experts believe that bananas are one of the world’s healthiest fruits. So take two bananas a day to keep the doctor away.

6) Broccoli. Broccoli is another amazing food that is full of vitamin Bs, the vitamin that helps fight stress. Studies show that folate or folic acid in broccoli can improve our temperament. Aside from lifting our spirits, broccoli is a potent anticancer food, proven in laboratory studies to inhibit cancer cells.

7) Spinach. Popeye’s favorite food! If you want to be so full of zest like Popeye, it pays to eat your spinach. Like broccoli, spinach is packed with folic acid, an important B vitamin for making serotonin, the body’s feel-good chemical. It’s about time we taught our kids about this incredible vegetable. Eat a cup of cooked spinach to obtain approximately 250 micrograms of folic acid. This amount is enough to make you feel like Popeye, full of vigor to face the day.

8) Blueberries. Blueberries are abundant in antioxidants and vitamin C, which are known stress-busters. Antioxidants help remove toxins (called free radicals) that circulate in our body. These free radicals damage our organs and cause us to age faster, that’s why we need to remove them. Blueberries are also loaded with fiber, which is good for digestion. Some studies show that blueberries and strawberries may prevent cancer by removing these destructive free radicals.

9) Beans and soybeans. Beans are packed with soluble fiber, folic acid, and omega-3 fats, the three ingredients known to improve our mood. Beans are also excellent sources of iron and calcium, which can increase our red blood cells, and are good for the bones. Moreover, soy contains genistein, a weak estrogen-like substance, which may prevent prostate and breast cancer. If you like soy milk and taho, they’re good for you, too.

10) Nuts. Nuts are nutritional powerfoods, rich in protein, minerals (especially selenium), and omega-3 fats. Nuts also contain vitamin E, an antioxidant to fight stress. Locally, we have nilagang mani (boiled peanuts) and cashew nuts. Studies show that Brazil nuts are the number one source of the mineralselenium. Seafood is another good source of selenium. Aside from lifting our mood, nuts are considered as “brain food” because of their high content of omega-3 fats. Omega-3 helps improve the blood flow in our brain. (Students, take note.) Take an ounce of nuts every day. Don’t eat too much of them though, because nuts are salty and high in uric acid, which can be bad for those with high blood pressure and gout.

11) Coffee. A study from Brazil shows that people who drink coffee with milk every day are less likely to suffer from depression. Caffeine is probably the world’s most popular mood-enhancing drug. But it has its pros and cons. Coffee boosts your energy levels, makes you feel more alert, and can improve your memory. A single cup of coffee with milk in the morning can jumpstart your day. However, too much coffee can also wreck your disposition, cause heart palpitation and anxiety, and make it difficult for you to sleep. A cup or two a day is okay. Small doses of caffeine can improve your mood but too much coffee can be bad for your health.

it’s long story has special taste
I can say it just like eating sour and sweet sweets
to the knowledge we head, between subjects and fields
search , solve and together exchange thoughts
with teachers and friends our skills improved
on the education stair we uplift , I’m proud of my graduation
by applying what I have learnt ,
today our name written on the certifications
it’s the time to celebrate graduation
not to tell the end of the story but to write the real part on this world

hi everybody 🙂

I have bought a cam two weeks ago , it’s finepix s4000 , really I don’t see it alot with people also

no more people talk about it mostly canon and nikon ..that’s feel me it’s not good

anyway I bought it and i’m gonna to learn on 131 …hmm actually it has a good properties not so bad 😀

I’m already  understood some of the basics ,then I tryied it myself

here is my applying by different modes. the first 6 pics without an effect , the others I increase the brightness

alittle because it seems little pale

actually I face problem with light ,  when i want to shoot a landscap 😦 the pictures are not clear enough

maybe I need to practice many times cuz I’m just a beginner 🙂 I need you opinion on the pics ..thanks

8 years I miss everything , specially winter for 8 years I haven’t buy any

winter clothes :(, I love winter season , winter here is like spring the weather is good

little cold breezes at night and morning but at noon it’s little hot ,

I know I should thanks god for the grace because

some people suffer of  cold 🙂
